Flight Deck

Wedding Ceremony 1 hour package.

Package includes dedicated staff, set up and registry table. Suitable for up to 250 seats.

Venue Hire Terms & Conditions

  • Must leave venue as you found it eg all rubbish picked up, tidy and clean.
  • Decorations for venues are BYO and must be set up and taken down by the hirer.
  • Venue Bump in & Bump out –
    • Bump in – 1 day prior to the function/event, form 9am to 5.30pm or otherwise organized.
    • Bump out – must be day after function /event only, from 9am to 4pm.
  • Deposit - 20% for venue and all hire equipment to be paid upon quote of booking.
  • Full payment must be made no later than on the day of function/event.
  • Please note we are a balloon free facility please ask about environmentally sustainable options.
