We welcome all groups big and small and we suggest a 4 hour visit time to make the most of your visit.
To be eligible for our wholesale group booking rates, you must have 10 or more people in your group. Entry must be paid in full in one transaction as a group on the day of your visit.
Our daily presentations are free to attend with entry. Additional group animal encounters and presentations can also be organised on request, rates and availability will be confirmed upon booking request.
Catering can also be organised for your group (30 pax or more) to enjoy during their Park visit. Please select catering on booking form below for meal options to be emailed to you.
All group bookings must be made online, at least 2 week in advance. You should expect to receive a confirmation email from our group bookings officer within 5 working days.
