The Territory Wildlife Park has various pedal carts and bikes available for hire.
We believe strongly in Healthy Parks and Healthy People.
If you want to explore the park in your own time and not be limited to the Shuttle Train timetable, you can bring your own bike or hire one of ours!
Walking and biking around the park is enjoyable and can be done at your own pace.
The park has the main roadway we call the link road and a vast network of walking paths, for all fitness levels.
The link road is just under 4km long and is for private park traffic only which includes the Territory Wildlife Park Train.
The walking paths are over 6kms in length and will guide you through three different habitats, some with raised platforms and boardwalks for all year round access.
If you bring your own bike, you will need to bring your own safety gear/ helmets. If you are hiring our bikes we will provide you with helmets as part of your hire.
Visitors wishing to ride bikes and scooters around the Park must wear a helmet, follow all signs and road rules and sign in at admission.
